Kevin O'Rourke (born January 25, 1956) is an American film, stage, and television actor, best known for his roles as radio station manager Scott Sherwood in Remember WENN (1996–1998), as Hollywood icon Spencer Tracy in The Aviator (2004), and as construction magnate/politician Edward Bader in Boardwalk Empire (2010 - 2013).
