Johannes Grenzfurthner is an Austrian filmmaker, artist, writer, and curator working between cinema, theory, and experimental media. As founder of the art and theory collective monochrom, he explores the cultural and political entanglements of technology, subculture, and ideology through films, performances, and exhibitions. His works blend essayistic reflection, genre cinema, and dark satire.
