Matthew Smitley is a filmmaker and actor originally from Kentucky. Smitley's films have played at many domestic and international film festivals. He can also be seen as 'Hartman' in FX's "English Teacher" on FX Network/Hulu. He also has a role in the upcoming film "Carolina Caroline" starring Samara Weaving, Kyle Gallner, and Kyra Sedgwick.
