Biography

Renato Winckiewicz started working with cinema and television at a very young age. He went to drama school at UFRGS, acted in many movies and did a lot publicity videos. He is a teacher and one of the business partners at Take04, a school that in a decade has had more than two thousand students and produced more than 35 movies, short films and miniseries. He is also a business partner and CEO at Matilha Films, an independent movie company with a lot of short films and miniseries to its name. Besides being a teacher and an actor, Renato has done a lot of work in the cinematography department. The aesthetics, the light and the photography are things of profound importance in his work.
