Tish Cyrus-Purcell is a talent manager, producer, and actress known for launching the careers of her daughters, Miley and Noah Cyrus. She co-founded HopeTown Entertainment and has managed both daughters since the start of their careers. Tish has also worked as an executive producer on film, TV, and podcast projects.
