Overview

Undercover Detroit cop Tommy is losing it. Maybe the guys he's trying to bust have found him out - but they wouldn't torment him like this - they'd just kill him. Seeking respite from his anguish he ventures to his childhood - and there encounters his demon - under four feet of water.
