Overview

Former nightclub singer Tessie is a single mother living with her son Christopher, a teenager who longs to meet his American soldier father. But when Christopher's wish comes true, the reunion is not at all what he expected. Meanwhile, although she has a long history of choosing bad boyfriends, Tessie firmly believes that Danny, a car salesman, is the right man for her.
